ДЕД ВПН - Sober Check is provided by LAIME LTD for entertainment and personal performance awareness. Using the app means accepting these terms and the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Use the results appropriately
Reaction, focus and memory challenges measure performance in the app only. Results vary with practice, attention, sleep, device conditions and many other factors. They do not measure blood alcohol, prove sobriety, provide a medical diagnosis or confirm that driving is safe. If you have consumed alcohol, do not drive. Do not use the app to decide whether to drive or perform another safety-critical activity.
VPN is part of our brand name. This product provides no VPN connection, network tunnel or traffic protection. All challenges and local history are available without an account or subscription.
AI features
AI reflections, trends, practice plans and answers are optional. They require your permission before submitted information is processed by OpenAI. AI can make mistakes; treat it as general entertainment and practice guidance, not medical advice or a safety decision. Report an unsuitable answer using its Report control. Availability depends on a network connection, service capacity and reasonable usage limits shown by the app.
You are responsible for the information you choose to submit. Do not submit unlawful content, someone else's private information without permission, or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to bypass authentication or usage controls or disrupt the service.
Your information and support
Our privacy policy explains local storage, AI processing, reports and deletion. Settings provides local-history clearing, consent withdrawal and remote AI-data deletion. Remote deletion retires AI for this installation while leaving local challenges available.
For help or privacy requests, use our support page. Features may be changed or temporarily unavailable as the app is maintained. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
